  • How does ... Sound?
    • Definitely the #1 question we receive on a daily basis. In order to address this question we have started posting video clips for each product of the record being played containing audio ripped straight from the record itself. What you hear in these videos is as close as possible to what you will hear in real life. Actual results will vary between turntables, speakers, etc. but the video clip will get you 90% of the way there. To get the latest video updates we recommend you check out our Youtube channel here

  • When will ... be restocked?
    • We don't like having things out of stock just as much as you do. In general most everything on our site that is currently out of stock will be restocked at some point, with some exceptions. Things like vintage boots, test pressings, and other extremely rare titles are only available once and will not be restocked (For example: An original Beatles Butcher Cover, Classic Records Led Zeppelin 200 gram reissues). The unofficial hip hop releases all get restocked regularly and we always post on social media when they do. The best way to get these updates is to follow us on Instagram or Facebook @rollinrecs
  • The vinyl color of the record I received is different than the one in the picture, why?
    • The majority of the colored vinyl releases are hand mixed individually and as a result no 2 are completely identical. We try our best to update the inventory of each title as they come in but often times colors change without notice and you may receive a copy that is a different color than the record shown in the product picture. We do not guarantee that the record you purchase will match 100% perfectly to the record in the picture. We do our best to provide one as close as possible, but do not offer any guarantees and will not accept any returns for this. 
  • When will my order ship?
    • Unless specifically noted on our home page or on social media, we ship all orders the following business day after being placed. You will receive an email with the tracking information inside of it once your order has shipped. If you have not received any emails, we recommend checking your spam folder. If for whatever reason you can't find it we are happy to send it to you just send us a message.
    • COVID-19 Update: Due to the current situation, USPS delivery times are varying wildly and we have seen packages sent via Media Mail take up to 30 days to be delivered within the US. If this is a concern for you, we recommend you upgrade to Priority Mail shipping which usually provides a quicker delivery time. This is completely out of our control and we are doing everything we can to get our packages to USPS as quickly as possible to give them more time to process incoming packages.
