LP Restoration Service

Rollin' Records is excited to announce our new LP restoration service! This is a complete end to end service that restores your record to its former glory. The price per service includes insured priority mail shipping round trip.  How It Works: Select the number of discs that you would like restored and proceed with checkout. The service is broken down per disc, not title. So a 2LP title would count as 2 restorations. This service must be purchased on it's own and cannot be combined with other items in our store. After your purchase is successful, we send you a pre-paid insured USPS Priority Mail shipping label. You are then responsible for sending us your LP. Once we receive your LP, the restoration process below starts. The Restoration Process: Step 1- We inspect the LP upon arrival. Step 2- Then we clean the LP using an Audio Desk Ultrasonic machine to remove any dust/debris that could be in the grooves. Step 3- Once the LP is cleaned and dried, we place it into the ORB Audio professional Disc Flattener for 4 hours. This step will remove any warps that are currently present on the disc.  Step 4- After the flattening process is complete, we place the LP on a turntable to validate that all of the warps have been removed. Step 5- Once we confirm the warps are removed, we clean the disc again the Audio Desk Ultrasonic machine to make sure there is no dust/debris in the grooves prior to re-packaging Step 6- After the final cleaning, we place the LP/Jacket into new Mofi inner & outer sleeves. Step 7- All done! Now we box box everything up professionally and get your LP on the way back to you! You will automatically receive an email with the tracking information in it at this stage of the process. Expected turnaround time start to finish is around 2 weeks including shipping both ways. Disclaimers: This service will NOT remove scratches from your LP. Any issue you are having with playback due to a scratch on the disc will REMAIN present after this service.  This service is only available for 12" LP's at the moment. 7" restoration may be available at a future date. Picture Discs of any format can not be restored unfortunately.  You are responsible for sending us your LP in a professional and sturdy mailer. While the shipment itself will be insured for the value of the LP, we will not be held responsible for replacing your LP in the event it is lost in the mail.  Service is offered only for US based customers, orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the US will be cancelled/refunded.
